DAMIJAN MOČNIK (SI)
BETWEEN HEAVEN AND EARTH
SATB, >25y, level B
Together we will explore the unusual and interesting composition of the Missa Sancti Francisci Assisiensis (excerpts) in contrast to secular songs about life, with beautiful lyrical and contemplative melodies, with rich and colorful harmonies, and a captivating and danceable rhythm. We will complement the spiritual dimension with music that describes our daily life - difficulties and joy.
The excerpts of the Missa St Francisci will be in a new arrangement for choirs, piano, solo violin and drums/percussion.
