Fire and Ice

In this atelier the singers will delve into the art of contrast. We will explore pieces that shimmer with serenity and burn with intensity, creating a dynamic journey from the coolness and beauty of Nordic composers to the warm and soothing harmonies of for instance “Grace Before Sleep” by Susan LaBarr.
We will experiment with different vocal techniques to embody the crisp clarity of ice, the raw energy of fire, and the warmth of love as well as dynamic ranges and textures to bring each extreme to life, painting musical landscapes that captivate and move.
