MoSaIC-artists prepare concerts in May 2021

In November 2020, we had planned a concert with our MoSaIC-artists together with two children’s and youth choirs. Because of COVID-19, we postponed the concerts to the spring of 2021.

Lyric music, conducted by Tom Van der Plas is an enthusiastic childrens and youth choir that sings concerts and musicals from village in the neighbourhood of Malines.

Singing Molenbeek is a children's choir situated in Molenbeek (Brussels). It consists of primary school children between 5 and 12 from different social and cultural backgrounds. Its conductor, Zeno Popescu, is one of the MoSaIC-artists. You can hear them at work in the video below.

Our 9 MoSaIC-artists will accompany and musically support the children from both choirs in their own repertoire. The concerts will culminate in Future Memories, an improvisation-composition by artistic coordinator Aurélie Nyirabikali Lierman.
