Special needs

Please specify what your special needs are. We will contact you to find the best practical solution so that everyone can enjoy the festival. There is no participation fee for a necessary one-on-one accompanying adult of a special needs singer.

Choose Ateliers

You have to choose three different ateliers (first, second and third choice) that fit the age range, level, voicing and interest of your group. Mixed voice youth choirs only have two atelier options. Admission to ateliers does not depend on the date of registration but on a combination of factors such as a good balance of voices, ages and countries. See this page for more information.

On an afternoon, we will organise Singing in the city. Every choir gets the opportunity to sing a short a capella program of its choice (max. 15 minutes) in a special open air location in the city of Ghent.

Study tour

It's a program designed mostly for conductors where you will be able to visit the ateliers, have discussions, participate in round tables and other special activities. The study tour is a full day program, if your conductor is following this program, please provide enough accompanying adults for the choir.
